Our mobile app functionality allows you to be in charge of scheduling your pickup and return.  Our desire is to keep you well informed,  Our Customers receive an email when your delivery driver is positioned to arrive and the same as to when your driver will return.  You can monitor in the mobile app and we continue to work on even greater functionality for your peace of mind.

Upon setting up your mobile app account you will be able to save your every laundry preference.  If there is something that you want that is not yet offered, contact us and let us know.  We are eager to serve and adjust our amenities to your needs.

We do not have a minimum weight as our pricing format is a flat rate for a bag filled with your laundry. 

When you are scheduling your laundry delivery you will see a notice above the blue CONTINUE button a statement that reads, "15% fee for Express Service."  It is our recommendation you do NOT schedule for next-day as you can save money by waiting and scheduling for the 2nd day or 48 hours.  But if you need it sooner, we can turnaround in 24 hours.  If you need something even faster then contact us so we might better know your urgent needs.  We will accommodate your every order.  We just recommend scheduling your return beyond the next day to save your money.

No.  We offer a simple Agreement so as to have clarity for roles and mutual expectations.

Nothing is hidden as our rates are clearly posted in the app.  Contact us if we can better communicate on this website.  We are upfront with our delivery fees. While your first order comes with a complimentary laundry bag you are welcome to purchase more.  We also sell hangers and offer organic and environment friendly detergents, for a reasonable fee.  We gift you every assurance you will receive the best service without all the extras but we also remain responsive to Customer requests.

Products are frequently added and removed based upon Customer feedback.  We offer laundry bags, hangers, express delivery of medical laundry as well as rates for sleeping bags or floor mats and other abnormal objects not typical to one's simple laundry experience.  See our app for full listing.
